My air conditioner is not working?
Check the remote, isolator switch near the outdoor unit, and the breaker in the switchboard. If issues persist, call a qualified technician for assistance.
My air conditioner is not blowing cold/hot air?
If your air conditioner turns on but doesn’t blow cold or hot air (according to your setting) please follow these steps:
- Check the remote controller settings
- Turn off the unit using the isolator switch and wait for 5 minutes
- Turn the isolator back on and then turn on the unit using the remote
If the issue persists, please call a qualified technician for professional assistance.
When I turn on the AC, it trips the circuit breaker. Why?
This indicates an electrical fault. Turn off the unit and call a qualified technician to diagnose and address the issue.
There is noise from the air conditioner indoor/outdoor. What should I do?
