We strongly recommend that our customers accurately determine the appropriate size and brand for their air conditioning system before placing an order. If you are uncertain about the correct system for your needs, please reach out to us for guidance.

Order Cancellations

You have the flexibility to cancel your order at any time before the goods are dispatched. However, cancellations will be subject to a 15% administration fee.

Refunds and Exchanges

AIR CLIQ is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If, upon delivery, the purchased equipment is found not to meet merchantable quality standards, we offer refunds or exchanges.

Refunds will be processed when a replacement unit cannot be provided. If a replacement is not feasible, refunds will generally be offered. To initiate the refund or replacement process, the defective unit must be returned to us.
